Running the Iron Butt is not an easy thing to do. It takes amazing strength and endurance, a lot of planning, and a little bit of luck. It also takes a bunch of vacation and days of unpaid leave, and a steady supply of greenbacks.

So, how would you like to help Richard out by becoming an official "Bernie and the Rolling Bordello" Sponsor?  There are several levels of personal sponsorship, from putting Richard under a decent roof  for a quick 6-hour sleep, to helping Richard avoid 7-11 Beef-n-bean Burritos by helping him stock up on energy bars and nutritious snacks, and helping fill the gas tanks of the Rolling Bordello. Sponsors get their names on the side of Richard's BMW System Cases, and are listed on these pages. The aim is to get people to participate (of course if you are a manufacturer or a company there are sponsorship opportunities for you too ;-)  

If  you are thinking of sponsoring Richard, please have your donations to Richard by the 15'th of August.  Richard needs the time to get all of the names on his system cases prior to his departure to the rally.
