e30 Convertible Factory Training Video
When the e30 Convertible came out the factory
sent out a video covering everything from operation to adjustments to
a very good walk through on changing the top. You can find copies of the
VHS tape on eBay ranging from $25 to $100, what you will get is just a
copy of the original tape.
I recently digitally converted it and mastered
a DVD for it - if you'd like a copy for a nominal cost just give
me a shout (this DVD is sent out for a nominal cost for your personal
use and is NOT for copying or resale.)
The video covers operating the (manual) top,
adjusting the top frame (fore/aft/left/right), replacing the top in detail,
adjusting the windows & boot lid, and body changes specific to the
e30 cabriolet.

Best Co. (eBay)
I was able to talk to one of the people that runs this shop - they were
exceedingly nice and spent a good deal of time explaining the computer
cutting and hand-finishing process, and even sent me swatches of the
material. Since the price is better by far than anyone else I have found
($495 for Sonnedecke cloth with both new straps and cables) I will probably
order from them.
